Log Imtehan k naam say ghabratay hain lakin mujhy in k ghabranay par hassi hai. Aakhir imtihan aisa kya hota hai? do hi sooratin: “Fail ya pass”. is saal kamyab na hoay’ ainda saal sahi. main apnay doston or ham jamaton ko dekhta tha k joon joon imtihan k din qareeb atay jatay in k hawaas or in ka demagh maof/mauf honay lagtay. afsos hai. umeedwaron ka majmaa. nai nai sooratin, ajeeb ajeeb, khayalat: yeh asi cheezin hain jin say kabhi dil sayr nahi ho sakta. g chahta hai k tamaam umar imtihan honay chahiyn, lakin parhnay or yad karnay ki shart uthaa di jaye.

Translation into English:

People are panic/afraid/hesitate by the name of exam. But I laugh at their hesitational behavior. Well what is the exam, two kinds/types: pass or fail. if this year didn’t get success, get it next year. i have seen my friends and class fellows as near as exam day comes their baffled and their brain become/ acted numb. its pathetic/ its sad, Rabbles of candidates, new faces , odd/weird/bizarre notions; these are the things that cant be amuse. its the heart desire the whole life keeps on examining, but ousting the demand of studying and remembering by heart…  (Kindly if any one can better translate this passage i will be very appreciative ).

Translation:

I am a planet. That planet,where you live. The inhabitants(Dunya walay) have named me Earth. I had come into being thousands of years ago. I had not been looking like I appear today. There were forests on my surface(Seenay). Plenty of oxygen had been produced by trees. All and sundry used yo live here happily.

کہتے ہیں اگر کسی قوم کی ترقی کا گراف دیکھنا ہو تو اس کی توتعلیمی شعبے پر ایک نظر ڈال لی جائے تو سب دودھ کا دودھ اور پانی کا پا نی واضع ہو جاتاہے اور یہی وجہ ہے کہ پوری دنیا میں تعلیمی شعبے کو سب سے اہمیت دی جاتی ہے تمام ممالک کے سربراہان اور تعلیمی شعبے کے اعلی عہدیدار اپنی قوم کو اہم ، تیز ترین ، باخبر ،نئی جدتوں سے ہم آہنگ اور اعلی ترین تعلیم دینے کے لئے بروقت کوشیش کرتے رہتے ہیںتاکہ اس ملک کے نونہال وطن اعلی تعلیم حاصل کر کے اپنے ملک کی ترقی میں اپنا کر دار ادا کر سکیں.

Kehtay hain agar kisi qom ki taraqqi ka graph dekhna ho to is ki taleemi shobay par aik nazar daal li jaye to sab doodh ka doodh or pani ka pani wazay ho jata hai or yehi waja hai k puri dunya/dunia main taleemi shobay ko sab say ehmiat di jati hain tamam mumalik k sarbarahan or taleemi shobay k aala ohdedaar/auhdedar apni qom ko eham, taiz tareen, ba khabar, nai/naai jiddaton say ham anhang or aala tareen taleem denay k liay barwaqt koshish kartay rehtay hain ta k is mulk k nonehaal watan aala taleem hasil kar k apnay mulk ki taraqqi main apna kirdaar adaa kar sakin.

Translation:

1).It is said that one can examine the graph of country’s development by glancing at the performance of its education department. It will become crystal clear of country’s standing. That is why the education sector is the given most importance in the whole world. Heads of all countries and High-ups of education department are constantly striving to provide their nations highest level of education and keep them up-to-date with important and latest developments around the world. They endeavor till the youngsters of their nation are fully educated to play vital role in development of their respective countries.

2).It is believed that if it is to gauge that how much progressive a nation is then the achievements of that nation in education sphere should be taken into account, as it mirrors an accurate depiction- no guesswork,no ambiguity.That is the very reason that education is give the utmost importance the world over.

حضرت علی ؓکا قول ہے” جو لوگ تم سے زیادہ علم رکھتے ہیں اِن سے علم حاصل کرواور جو کم علم ہیں اُن کو اپنا علم سِکھاؤ“اور آپ ؓ ہی کاایک قول یہ بھی ہے کہ”جس نے علم حاصل نہیں کیاوہ یتیم ہے“یعنی یہ کہ انسانیت کی تکمیل علم حاصل کرنے ہی سے ممکن ہے توپھرکیا آپ بھی ہماری اِس بات سے متفق نہیں ہوں گے کہ آج دنیاکے سامنے ہم پاکستانی جس معیار پر بھی کھڑے ہیں تھوڑی بہت تعلیم کی وجہ سے ہیں اور ہمیں اِس بات کا بھی یقین ہے کہ ہم کل جس مقام پرہوں گے وہ بھی تعلیم کی ہی وجہ سے ہوں گے۔

Hazrat Ali RA ka qaol hai ” Jo log tum say zada ilm/ilam rakhtay hain in say ilm/ilam hasil karo or jo kam ilm/ilam hain un ko apna ilm/ilam sekhao” or ap R.A hi ka qaol/qol yeh bhi hai k “Jis ne ilm/ilam hasil nahi kia wo yateem/yatim ha” yaani yeh k insaaniyat ki takmeel ilm/ilam hasil karnay hi say mumkin hai to phir kya ap bhi hamari is bat say muttafiq nahi hon gay k aaj dunya/Dunia k samnay ham pakistani jis miyaar/mayaar par bhi kharay hain thori boht taleem ki waja say hain or hamin is bat ka bhi yaqeen hai k aj kal jis maqam hon gay wo bhi taleem ki hi waja say hon gay.

Translation:

1). Hazrat Ali ( may God be pleased with him) said, “Learn from those who have more knowledge than you and teach those who are not as learned as you”. Moreover, His another saying, that goes by as “He who didn’t acquire knowledge is an orphan”, emphasizes that culmination of humanity is possible only through learning. Wouldn’t you concede with us, then, that wherever we, the Pakistanis, stand before the world today is due to education – regardless of how scarce it is. And we are convinced that wherever we would be in future would base on education.

2). Hazrat Ali ( may God be pleased with him) said, “Learn from those who have more knowledge than you and teach those who are not so learned as you”. And there is another saying of Him that, “He who has not acquired knowledge is an orphan”, that means the completion of humanity is possible only through learning. Then wouldn’t you agree with us that today whatever standard,though not up to the mark,we Pakistanis hold before the world is because of education. And we do believe that the status we shall enjoy in future would also depend upon education.

تعلیم کا حصول اور فروغ انسانی معاشرے کی بنیادی ضرورت ہے اور علم کے فروغ کی بدولت ہی ایک بہتر اور مہذب معاشرہ تشکیل پاتا ہے ۔آج کا دور بڑا عجیب سا دور ہے جہاں ہر طرف نفسا نفسی کا عالم ہے۔ لوگ فطرتاََ علم پروردہ نہیں رہے اور عام طور پر اپنے علم اور تجربات کو بھی عوام کے ساتھ بغیر کسی مالی مفاد کے شیئر نہیں کرتے بلکہ علم کی فروخت ایک باقاعدہ نفع بخش کاروبار کا روب دھار چکی ہے۔ لیکن اس گئے گذرے دور میں بھی کچھ افراد اور ادارے اپنے علم کو افراد عالم کے ساتھ بغیر کسی مالی مفاد کے شیئر کر رہے ہیں ۔

Taleem ka hosool/hosul or farogh insaani muashray/moashray ki bunyadi zaroorat hai or ilm k farogh ki badolat hi aik behtar muhazzab/muhazab muashra tashkeel/tashkil pataa hai. aaj ka daor/dor bara ajeeb/ajib sa dor/daor hai jahan har taraf nafsaa nafsi ka aalam hai. log fitrattan/fitratan ilm  parwarda nahi rahay or aam tor par apnay ilm or tajarbat/tajarbaat ko bhi awam k sath baghair/bagher kisi maali mafaad k share nahi kartay balkay ilm ki farokht aik baqaida nafa bakhsh karobar ka roop/rup dhaar chuki hai. lakin is gaye guzray dor main bhi kuch afraad or idaray apnay ilm ko afraad aalim k saath kisi maali mafaad k share kar rahay hain.

Translation:

1) Acquiring and enhancing of education is basic necessity of human society and a better society can only be formed through enriching the knowledge. These are very strange times of selfishness. People are no more instinctively prone to acquire knowledge and usually they do not share their knowledge and experiments to masses without any material/monetary gain. Moreover, selling of skills has transformed itself into a profitable business. But, even in such grave era there are people who impart their knowledge to others without keeping any material return in the mind.

2). Acquiring and flourishing of education is the basic need of a human society and it is the expansion of knowledge through which a better and a civilized society takes its shape.Today’s era is a very strange one where there is the display of selfishness everywhere…………and generally they do not share their knowledge and experiences with people without any financial gain. Moreover the sale of knowledge has got a shape of an organised profitable business. But even in such a forsaken age there are few individuals and institutions who are sharing their knowledge with people at large without any financial motive.

اساتذہ کرام کاکر دار تعلیم کے شعبوں کے
ساتھ ساتھ مہذب معاشرے کی تشکیل میں بھی اہمیت کا حامل ہے۔ اساتذہ طلباء کی کامیابی کی منزل تک پہنچانے کیلئے انکی صحیح تر بیت ورہنمائی کر تے اور قوموں کا مستقبل سنوارتے ہیں قوموں کی ترقی کا راز معیاری تعلیم میں پنہاں ہے تعلیم سے ہی غربت ، پسماندگی ، جہالت اور بے روزگاری اور تنگ نظری کا خاتمہ ممکن ہوسکتا ہے۔اساتذہ قوم کے محسن ہو تے ہیں کیونکہ ان کی دی ہوئی تعلیم کی بدولت آج کے طلباء کل کے بڑے بڑے سیاستدان، ڈاکٹر ، انجینئرز اورمختلف شعبہ ہائی زندگی سے تعلق رکھنے والے افراد عملی زندگی میں ملک و قوم کی ترقی میں مثبت کردار ادا کرتے ہیں اسی لئے کہا جاتا ہے کہ اساتذہ کرام معاشرے کیلئے مشعل راہ ہیں ۔

Asatzaa karaam ka kirdaar taleem k shoboon k sath sath muhazzab muashray ki tashkeel main bhi ehmiyat ka hamil hai. asatzaa talbaa ki kamyabi ki manzil tak puhnchany k liay inki sahee tarbiat/tarbiyat o rehnumai kartay or qomoon ka mustaqbil sunwartay hain qomoo ki taraqqi ka raaz miyaari taleem main pinhaan/pinhaa hai taleem say gi izzat, pasmandagi/ pasmandgi, jihalat/ jahalat or bayrozgari/ berozgari or tangtasti ka khatma mumkin ho sakta hai. asatzaa qom k mohsin hotay hain q k/kyun k in ki di hoi taleem ki badolat aj k talba kal k baray baray saiensdaan/sciencedaan, doctor, engineer, or mukhtalif shoba hai zindagi say taluq rakhnay walay afraad amli zindagi main mulk o qom ki taraqqi main masbat kirdaar adaa kartay hain isi liay kaha jata hai k astzaa karam muashray k liay mashal e rah hain.

Translation:

1). The role of honorable teachers bears importance in academic faculties as well as in shaping of dignified society. Teachers adequately train and guide students until they achieve their goals and ultimately fashion nations. The secret of development of nations lies in quality education. Education alone can cure poverty, backwardness, illiteracy, unemployment and narrow mindedness. Teachers are the sympathizers of nation as it is a resultant of their imparted knowledge that in practical life today’s famous politicians, doctors, engineers and people from different professions of life play a pivotal/constructive part in development of the nation. Therefore, it is rightly said, “Teachers are the beacon of light for the nation.”

2). Teachers play an important role not only in education departments but also in shaping a civilized society. Teachers guide students to the path of success and build the better future of nations.Quality Education is key to the development of a nation. Only education can end poverty, backwardness, ignorance, and shortsightedness. Teachers are benefactors of a nation because the knowledge they impart transforms ordinary students of today into a big politicians , doctors , engineers of tomorrow who play pivotal role in progress of nation. Hence, it is rightly said, “Teachers are the beacon of light for the nation.”

3). The role played by teachers is vital for education sectors as well as formation of civilized society. Teachers render right grooming and guidance for students to pursue their goals successfully and tailor the nations’ future. The secret for nations to succeed lies in education. Only education can eradicate poverty, decadence, ignorance and obstinacy. Teachers are savior of nation for it is due to the knowledge they have dispensed that those who are students today, becomes acclaimed politicians, doctors, engineers and others, in various races of life, who play a positive role in the progress of the nation and country. Therefore, teachers are tantamount to beacon of light for the society.

علم ایک ایساسمندر ہے جس میں چھلانگ لگانے کے بعد ہی اِس کی وسعت وعظمت کااندازہ ہوسکتاہے“اور اِسی کے ساتھ یہ بھی حقیقت ہے کہ علم ایک بہترین اچھائی ہے جو قوموں کو ترقی سے ہمکنار کرتی اور دوسری طرف جہالت وہ بدترین برائی ہے جس پر قائم رہ کر قومیں ذلت کی کھائی میں گرجاتی ہیں اور بھوک و افلاس،تنگدستی اور مایوسی اِن کا مقدر بن جاتیں ہیں علم ایک ایساپھول ہے جو جتنازیادہ کِھلتاہے اتنی ہی زیادہ خوشبودیتاہے اور جن اقوام کے پاس جتنا زیادہ علم ہوگا اِن پر قسمت کی دیوی بھی اتنی ہی زیادہ مہربان رہی گی.

Ilm aik aisa samandar hai jis main chalang laganay k bad hi is ki wusat o azmat ka andaza ho sakta hai or isi k sath yh bhi haqeeqat hai k ilm aik behtreen achai ha jo qomoon ko taraqqi say hamkanar karti hai or doosri taraf jahalat wo behtreen burai hai jis par qaim reh kar qomin zillat ki khaai main gir jati hain or bhook o aflaas, tangdasti or mayoosi in ka muqaddar ban jati hain ilm aik aisa phool ha jo jitna zada khilta hain utni hi zada khushbu daita hai or jin aqwaan k pas jitna zada ilm hoga in par qismat ki devi bhi utni hi zada meharban rahay ge.

Translation:

1). Knowledge is such an ocean that its wastness and magnificence could be fathomed only after delving into it. Moreover, it is a fact that knowledge is best of virtues that makes nations progressive. On the flip side, ignorance is the worst of vices holding on to which nations fall deep in the abyss of abjectness and all what fate would have for them is hunger, poverty, destitution and disappointment. Knowledge is such a flower that gives off as much aroma as it blossoms and the nations would be favoured by the deity of luck as much as learned they are.

2). Knowledge is the ocean whose depth can be estimated after flinging onself into it. Spotaneously, it is also true that knowledge is the greatest benevolence which privileges nations with progression; and, on the other hand, ignorance is that worst ill-treatment on account of which nations anguish from absurdity resulting insecurity, frustration as well as neediness become their fate. Knowledge is the flower the more it is grown up,the more it releases its fragrance. And all those nations
Bearing much knwoledge will be enjoying a sense of greater fortune.

3). Knowledge is such an ocean that its profundity and splendour can be fathomed only when one delves into it. Furthermore, it is a fact that knowledge is the best of virtues that blesses nations with progress. On the contarary, ignorance is the worst of vices and those nations who carry it, fall into the dark abyss of abjectness and it makes them destined to face hunger,destitution,needfullness and disappointment. Knowledge is such a flower that the more it blossoms the more fragrance it gives out.Those nations who become more knowledgable would be more favoured by luck.

Translation:

1). Here arises a question: whether we would be able to reap a peaceful society if the slogans chanted by our rulers to revive and improve the economy ever materialised- let alone bring any fruits? Surely the answer would be no. It could only happen in fool’s paradise, because society doesn’t become peaceful by economic development but rather become utopian, or heaven-like, when literacy, ethics and groomimg is emphasised upon on all levels. Thus when Nawaz Sharif ascended to rule and announced the e onomic bailout package it was requested in these lines that, first things first, along side the bailout package for economy, another one may be considered for morality because without it progress in economy could not be possible.

2). Question arises here that our rulers raise the slogan of reinstatement of economy will we be able to get a peaceful society after success it. For sure it’s answer will be in negative. It can only be called a dream of an insane that societies can be peaceful by only economy and sociology and the socities present model of paradise only when there is concentration on education and ethics at every stage. When Nawaz Sharif took the reigns of the country and belowed of an economic bail out package it was requested in the same columns that an ethical bailout package should akso be announced besides economical bailout package because at first place economic development is impossible without it.

تعلیم تو ہر شہری کا بنیادی حق ہے لیکن ہمارے ہاں تو عجیب ماجرا ہے کہ تعلیم میں بھی تخریب کاری !استاذ تو روحانی باپ ہوا کرتا ہے ، اگر باپ ہی اپنی اولاد سے دغا کرنے لگے تو دشمن کو کیا ضرورت ہے خود کو بدنام کرنے کی ، جب گھر کا دربان ہی چور ہو تو کیا ضرورت ہے دروازوں کو مقفل کرنے کی ۔ اکھاڑ دو چوکٹیں رہزنوں کی سہولت کی خاطر ۔۔۔!

Taleem to har shehri ka buyadi haq hai lakin hamaray han ajeeb/ajib majraa/majra hai k Taleem main bhi takhreebkari/takhreeb kari! ustad to rohani/roohani bap hwa karta hai. agr bap hi apni olaad say dagha karnay lagay to dushman ko kya zarurat hai k khud ko badnaam karnay ki. jab ghar ka darbaan hi chor ho to kya zarorat hai darwazon ko maqfal karnay ki. okhaar do chokatin rahzano ki sahulat ki khatir.

Translation:

1). Education is the primary right of every citizen, however, we are so strange that we have found a way to sabotage this basic right! A teacher is the spritual father of children, if the father starts to deceit his children, then what is the need of the enemy to defame himself? When the door of the house is guarded by thieves, what is the need to lock the doors? These door frames must be removed for the convenience of dacoits

2). Education is the fundamental right of every citizen. But what is strange here is that education too is filled with dissimulation. Well, a teacher is considered a spiritual father. If a father would do fraud to his son, then, what is need of an enimy to defame himself. When the leader of the house is a thief, so there is no need to protect the doors. Exterminate the obstacles for the cause of learners.

اس حقیقت کو تسلیم کرلینے میں ہم میں سے کسی کو عار محسوس نہیں ہونی چاہیئے کہ موجودہ دورمیں سائنس نے تو ترقی کی بےشمار منازل حاصل کرلی ہیں، مگرا قدار اس قدر زوال پذیر ہوگئی ہیں، کہ انسان کی سوچ ماؤف ہوجاتی ہے ، بلکہ یہ کہنا بے جانہ ہوگا کہ انسانی سوچ کے ’کتے فیل ہوجاتے ہیں‘۔ اساتذہ کے احترام اور عقیدت کامعاملہ بھی اگرچہ بحث طلب ہے، بلکہ حل طلب بھی ہے.

Translation:

1). None of us should feel disappointed in acknowledging the fact that the present era science though has reached its highest peaks, but power has declined to the extent that human thought becomes demented. Rather it could not be wrong to say that the ‘cells’ of human thinking power gets fail. Respect of teacher and matter of belief is albeit noticeable; more precisely, is solvable too.

2).   None of us should be reluctant to accept the fact that science has achieved countless pinnacles of development. However, the values have collapsed into such a deep abyss that human mind becomes clueless. Perhaps, it is not vague to proclaim the incapability of human intellect here. Whereas, the subject of respecting and revering teachers is moot but also arbitral.

”علم حاصل کرو خواہ تمہیں چین جانا پڑا“ ، ” علم ایک لازوال دولت ہے“ ،” علم ایک بے مثال طاقت ہے“ ، ” باادب بانصیب بے اد ب بے نصیب“ یہ وہ فقرے ہیں جو ہم بچپن سے اپنے سکول کی دیواروں یا کمروں میں چارٹ پر لکھے ہوئے دیکھتے آرہے ہیں۔ اس وقت کی تعلیم اور آج کی تعلیم میں زمین اور آسمان کا فرق ہے. آج کے اس دور میں تعلیم کا واویلا تو حکمرانوں نے کیا مگر اس کے لیے عملی اقدامات کسی نے نہیں کیے ۔

ilm Hasil karo khoah/chahay tumhin china/cheen jana paray, ”ilm aik lazawal dolat hai”, “ilm aik bemisal/baymasal taqat hai”, “baadab banaseeb “bay adab bay naseeb” yeh fiqray hain jo ham bachpan say apnay school ki deewaron/diwaron ya kamroon ma chart par likhay hoay dekhtay a rahay hian. us waqt ki taleem or aj ki taleem main zameen asmaan ka farq hai. aaj k is dor main taleem ka wavela/wawela to hukamrano ne kia magar is k liay amli iqdamat kisi na nahi kiay.

Translation:

“Seek knowledge even if you have to go as far as China”,”knowledge is an in-consumable wealth”,” knowledge is a great power”,”a mannerly man is fortunate while a manner-less is unfortunate”. These are the sententials that we have been observing written on chart papers on the walls of school and classrooms since our childhood.There is a sky difference between the education then and that is of today. Now a days,though politicians have raised hue and cry about education but no one has taken the practical measures….
